Returns Policy Update
For UK orders placed on or after 17th January 2024, returns processed through our return portal back to the warehouse will be charged £2 per return. This charge will be automatically deducted from your refunded amount.
Returns to our stores will continue to be free of charge.
International returns are charged for through the return portal.

Items can be returned within 28 days of delivery or store purchase
Items should be clean, unworn and with tags still attached

How Can I Return an Item?
- Return or exchange your items to any of our UK stores (excluding Jersey and Isle of Man).
- We can only return or exchange items to our stores with the same currency where the purchase was originally made.
- Don’t forget to bring your despatch confirmation email as proof of purchase.
- UK returns will be charged at £2 per return when returning to our warehouse using one of our returns drop off services.
- The return charge will be deducted automatically from your refunded amount once we have processed your return at our warehouse.
- Returns via the returns portal are tracked.
- Remember to drop off your return within 14 days.
